Have a long way to travel? Try Amtrak.
There is an Amtrak bus stop directly in front of the Pasadena Hilton, making it a very convenient option. You will likely take a train for part of the trip, and then be transferred to an Amtrak bus for the duration. Delegates are also free to walk around the train and socialize, so it can be very fun. Looking to fly? Fly into Burbank Airport (BUR).
If your delegation will be flying into Pasadena, use Burbank Airport, not LAX. Shuttle services will be provided from Burbank to the Pasadena Hilton. Look for information on shuttles in a later bulletin. Southwest Airlines is probably the cheapest way to get to/from Burbank Airport. Their fares are constantly changing, so check out Southwest.com frequeently. You can also download a tool called "DING!" from their website. DING! offers Southwest Airlines sale fares everyday.

Traveling a short distance? Think outside of the box.
If your commute to Pasadena is too short to warrant chartering a bus, you might consider renting a couple of limos. Limousine rentals are often based on time, and for small delegations, they can be a lot cheaper than a bus for short distances. They're also a lot more exciting for delegates. If you go this route, be sure to attach flags to your windows, so you look like an official UN motorcade.

Youth & Government volunteer Kip Sturgeon has made special arrangements with
Inland Empire Stages to keep a few buses available for last-minute Y&G rentals.
Currently, there is a 47-passenger bus and 56-passenger bus available.
